Saul Chernick

Saul Chernick's solo exhibition title, I speak in Birdsong, takes its title from the idea that birds communicate in a language rich with meaning, even if much of it remains beyond human understanding. While we may never fully decipher their songs, we instinctively recognize their beauty and emotional resonance.

Chernick's work emerges from a similar place -- one that exists beyond language and explanation. Guided by intuition rather than words, his paintings invite viewers to engage through feeling, symbolism, and personal interpretation, embracing the mystery of communication that cannot always be articulated.
